In accordance with Article 13 para. 1 and para. 2 of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons in regard to the processing of personal data, General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter referred to as “GDPR”, I inform that:

  1. The Administrator of your personal data is The Kielanowski Institute of Animal Physiology and
    Nutrition, Polish Academy of Sciences, located in Jabłonna, ul. Instytucka 3.
  2. The data administrator can be contacted via email: office@ifzz.pl or in writing at the address of the Institute, or at one of telephone numbers: 22 765 33 01, 22 765 33 00, 606 217 917.
  3. Your personal data will be processed for the following purpose (Art. 6 item 1 GDPR):
    – on the basis of a given consent;
    – in order to fulfil legal obligations connected with the contract;
    – in order to fulfil legal obligations incumbent on the administrator of personal data resulting from legal provisions for Labour Law or civil service;
    – when it is necessary to comply public interests or in the scope of legal obligations of administrator in terms of public authority; – when it
    is necessary to comply legally justified obligations of administrator.
  4. Your personal data can be transferred to the third country/international organisation according to the main principles of data protection.
  5. According to item 3, your personal data can be shared only to authorised recipients or category
    of recipients in justified cases on the basis of suitable law or contract regulations
  6. Your personal data will be processed for the period described in legal regulations.
  7. You have the right to: access your personal data, request correction (revision) of your personal data, request the deletion of personal data, request a restriction to the processing of personal data, transfer personal data, withdraw consent to the processing of personal data.
  8. If you believe that the Data Administrator’s processing violates the provisions of the GDPR on
    27 April 2016, you have the right to file a complaint.
  9. Providing your personal data is voluntary, and it is a condition for entering into an agreement or a legal necessity. Refusal to provide data will result in not fulfilling the agreement or completing legal necessity.
  10. Your data will not be processed automatically and will not be profiled.
