Marcin Barszcz PhD Eng. from the Department of Animal Feeding from our Institute was invited by Justyna Majchrzak (Polskie Radio Program IV producer) to give an interview concerning the topic: “When we eat poultry, do we eat what the poultry eats?”.

The podcast is a part of the series “What is this science about?” made with cooperation with Polish Academy of Sciences. The topic of this issue was the influence of poultry feeding on the meat quality. The host of the programme, Weronika Puszkar, together with Marcin Barszcz look for answers to such questions as: “How meat producers can assure security for consumers?” or “Antibiotics and hormones in poultry meat – truth or myth?”.
