According to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) legally binding from 25 May 2018 we hereby inform:

3) The purposes of the processing for which the personal data are intended as well as the legal basis for the processing
(Art. 6, point 1 of General Data Protection Regulation):
– processing of personal data is taken after given consent to the processing of personal data;
– processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party or in order to take steps
at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract;
– processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which the controller is subject i.a. the Civil Service Act
and executive regulations, and the Labour Law;
– processing is necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest
or in the exercise of official authority vested in the controller;
– processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the controller.
4) Personal data can be transferred to the third country or an international organisation only with appropriate safeguards i.e.:
– purpose limitation, data minimisation, storage limitation, protection by design and by default;
5) According to personal data processing indicated in point 3, your personal data can be made available only to entrusted
recipients or categories of recipients of the personal data only in justified situations on the basis of legal provisions;
6) The storage periods of personal data are in compliance with legal provisions;
7) You have the right to: request from the controller access to and rectification or erasure of personal data or restriction
of processing concerning the data subject or to object to processing as well as the right to data portability; to withdraw
consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal;
8) You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority when you recognise that the processing of your personal data is not in accordance with the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council
of 27 April 2016;
9) The data is collected on the basis on the freely given consent or can be connected with the performance of law or
a contract;
10) The processing of data is carried out by automated means and ar not under the process of profiling.
