On 29 April, 2025 Karolina Wojtulewicz, PhD, has presented the microbiologist’s routine work to children form nursery school Dreamland in Brwinów. The children learned about microorganisms and their colonies, and why probiotics are important when we are sick. They also explored what yeast needs to survive – they agreed that it prefers warm conditions and requires sugar to grow. The young researchers also made their own cultures in Petri dishes and created interesting images using food colourings.
